In its first year, People Ventures Incorporated (PVI) quickly established a reputation for being a superior source of qualified talent to such well respected companies as IBM, Savvis and Pitney Bowes. Coming from Fortune 500 environments, the two founders, Brian Kelley and Lee Bell, realized the most efficient ways to develop relationships with quality companies and attract quality job-seekers.

Having established a proficient recruiting operation in the Washington DC / Tyson’s Corner office, the two founders expanded the business to New York City in December of 2000. Unfortunately, the office was located directly across from the World Trade Center and was closed following the September 11th attacks.

In spite of the subsequent challenging years, People Ventures, Inc. continued to bring its reputable clients and top notch candidates together. Growing out of their Tyson’s Corner office in 2003, PVI relocated to the Dulles Corridor in Herndon, VA. Positioned among some of the best technology companies in the US, the Herndon area brought dozens of new opportunities with reputable companies such as DLT Solutions, 4 Points Technology and Carahsoft.

Due to recent growth in the Ohio Valley, PVI has further expanded its business to Pittsburgh, PA. In the short months that the Pennsylvania office has been open, it has proven its success and continues to exceed growth expectations every month.

Today, People Ventures Incorporated continues to expand its client base to industries such as engineering, legal and advertising with new available opportunities every week. PVI will continue to use its knowledge and expertise of the recruiting process to ultimately pursue its objective as the recruiting agency both clients and candidates call on first.
