With the PVI contingency program, fees are
paid when our candidate is hired by the
client. There are no fees for interviewing
candidates and each client has the ability
to interview as few or as many candidates as
desired. Payment is due in full within 15
days of the candidate’s start date.
The
fee structure is 25% of the candidate’s
annual base salary
